The flat was lovely, it was like being stuck by time in some way (evokes nostalgia). It had all the facilities and props needed for our instance in Cagliari (kitchen, dishes, a whole set of cutlery), not to mention that the stereo has an excellent CD mix inside (A must-play disk).

Comfortable design of the apartment, a bit of a "scandinavian style"- everything is simple and functional. My flight arrived late in the evening and Antonio sent all the instructions on how to check in on my own, (everything was clear and easy to understand). Kitchen has all you need for cooking, even coffee machine -a great bonus!

The receptionist, Patrizia, helped me greatly when I had my documents stolen on the bus. She's a credit to Cagliari and to Residence Montegrappa. Thanks again, Patrizia!

It was extremely easy to check in and out. Parking right out the door. Rooms are very clean and spacious We booked the room for a night because of its proximity to the airport. The next morning, we drove 10 minutes to the airport. The old city is also 10 minutes drive away. For this room, the price was also great.

The apartment impressed us with its cleanliness, simple elegance, and well-equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering. The open-plan space was airy and comfortable, featuring a cozy double bed, ample storage, and a convenient sofa-bed, not that we spent much time indoors with so many stunning places to explore. The modern bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, bidet, and washing machine, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. A highlight was the charming garden and patio, where we indulged in breakfast surrounded by fruit trees and flowers, basking in the morning sun. Given the exceptional value for the price, we eagerly anticipate our next visit to Paquja Apartments—a must-stay for anyone visiting this beautiful island. Paquja Apartments provided us with an unforgettable Sardinian adventure, blending convenience, comfort, and beauty. Highly recommended for a truly authentic experience.
