Nestled in the woody mountains near La Spezia, it's a welcome reprieve from the heat and city bustle. Breakfast is also included in the price, but we had to go to a nearby cafe to get it.

the best accommodation we have experienced. the willingness of the staff was really great. breakfast perfect - large selection, on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. a beautiful and spacious room with a spacious bathroom and a perfectly equipped kitchen. plus a top view of the mountains and beautiful sunsets.

The place has everything you need. A nice kitchen with everything you need. Most of all: a very nice lady who runs the place and a bonus: the garden is beautiful and is all fenced. So very safe if you are travelling with children of your pet (as I). Also very near to the 5 terre or other beautiful places at the ligurian coast. But this place is very good to relax after the crowded toeristic places.

The host is really welcoming, kind and ready to help, guide you about what you could do and where you could go visiting. He’s doing a massive effort to speak French so as to be easier to understand. Flyers are also available about what to do around. Fresh croissants are served for brekky and other stuff are available with coffee, tea and fruit jus. There is space to park your car.

The host was great. We were welcomed each morning with a nice breakfast including a homemade cake. Each day she prepared us a care package including drinks, the leftovers of the cake and fresh fruit. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning.

Fabulous hosts who recommended great restaurants etc. we shared the shared area with a two lovely young families. Bed comfortable, air con, and stuff you expect eg fridge, a well kept pool etc.

The host is very friendly and gives good tourist advice. The room is functional and clean. I recommend it for one or more nights. Well worth the price!
