The friendliest and most helpful people you could ever imagine. We were preparing for a six day-hike in Retezat National Park and stayed at Miras and Mihais place the night before. The family helped us in any possible way to make our trip happen - incl. giving us a ride to the entrance of the park 45 minutes away. We are happy and thankful to have met them. The apartments are nice and the house and patio are lovely - but they are outshone by the hospitality of these kind people.

Superb surroundings around the house. What I liked the most is that there are not that many houses or people around which provides privacy. The garden is nicely arranged by the host with all kind of facilities for barbeque, taking lunch outside, playground for kids, pool for kids, football field, wooden jacuzzi tub(ciubar). We had the 3-4 people room, The room was very clean, very nice decorated bathroom. There were few kittens and the kids were so happy to play with them. Free parking in front of the house. The stone church behind the house must be visited!

The place is on a lateral street, with no car noise. at all. The place is very nicely decorated, the room was very large, the bed was king size and very comfortable and it was very quiet during the night. The place has excellent food (we called ahead of time to ask if they have fish because we don't eat meat and the owner went to a trout farm to get it fresh for us), the wife's owner is an awesome cook- her food is very tasty and it has a very nice presentation. The "papanasi" are something to die for - freshly made, on the spot and extremely delicious, as desert. We were asked what we would like to have for breakfast and it was made for us. The couple owning this place went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The owner also recommended us to visit a Damascus rose farm, which was amazing.
