My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

Located in Hanoi, 3.6 km from West Lake, Crescendo Urban Stay - STAY 24h provides accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Everything about Lua is great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Kim & Vu who are super nice. I stayed here 5 nights and wanted to stay longer...but I certainly will be back again. You won't regret staying here.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.

The rooms exuded a blend of modern elegance and comfort, creating a haven after a day of exploration. The staff epitomized hospitality. Their warm welcome and genuine willingness to assist made me feel like a valued guest, it adding an extra layer of joy to the stay.

We enjoy the hospitality of the staff as well as the panoramic views and the large balcony overlooking the lake. Definitely our favourite accommodation in Hanoi. It is slightly further out but you are rewarded with an incredible view and great facilities!
