Located in the village of Brejinho de Água do Sul, a 15-minute drive from the town of Grândola, Monte do Brejinho de Água offers apartments with traditional and simple architecture. Nuno was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling by bike and he even offered to drive to the nearest town to get take away dinner if we had not brought our own provisions. He provided a locked room for our bikes. The pool was the nicest of our trip. The breakfast was excellent, continental and he would cook you eggs as well. Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms a living room, and a full kitchen. The patio was also quite large and comfortable. We did some laundry before jumping in the pool and returned to find a drying rack on our patio as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A well renovated, well-run family property. The place is amazing, the house was very modern and we'll decorated and the staff, namely Assunção and Carmo, were extremely friendly and nice. Will return one day.

The Ponte Pedra - Melides Country House Adults Only is 7 km from the small and quiet village of Melides and 10 km from the centre of Santiago do Cacém. Great place. It is QUIET. I loved it, but make sure this is what you want! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh food and deliscious. It was easy to drive to beaches, restaurants, etc. The pool area is, of course, beautiful and peaceful.

Herdade do Sardanito da Frente is a rural tourism property located within a 140-hectare estate located in Southwest Alentejo, within the Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The bungalows are a wonderful retreat from some of the bigger hotels and living next an orange orchard was sublime. The staff bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and everything was perfect!

Located in the Vicentine Coast Natural Park, 1km from the village of Brejão, Monte da Boavista offers the unique tranquillity of the Alentejo region. Carvalhal and Amalia Beaches are 3 km away. A very cozy and quiet place, well equipped and not too far away from beautiful beaches. Bed was very comfy and we had a doublesided fireplace which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen had everything you need, including a toaster and a dishwasher. Communication with Carla was very cordial and helpful. And the homemade bread and pumpkin jam were delicious. You have to have a car to get to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, but the tranquility is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't recommend the place enough.

Amor de Criança is a rural property, offering rustic and newly built units in the area of São Teotónio, south Odemira. It features a swimming pool surrounded by a pond and large green areas. Amor de Criança is a refuge of peace and happiness in the middle of nature. The hosts are very forthcoming and provided us with fresh fruits from the garden, as well as fresh eggs from their own chicken. Bonus points for the pool and the most chill dogs we've met 👍

Featuring panoramic views of the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo, Monte Da Galrixa offers rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include an outdoor saltwater pool. It's a nice place for one or two nights to stay and look around. The garden was very beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
