Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.

It is the best place to stay the night in Sevan! The beach house is so spacious and beautiful, it even has it's own private beach. We liked this place so much! I would really recommend.

She kindly showed me around and was always there if I needed help with just about anything. The nature is stunning. The food was outstanding, so I ended up having all my meals there. Highly recommended
