On our last night we had a lengthy conversation with the eldest son of the family, about jordanian culture and traditions, which was extremely interesting. The rooms are great and spacious, with comfortable beds, have a mini fridge and the hostel is 12 minutes drive trough a gorgeous road. Last but not least, as the name says the place has a breathtaking view over the mountains that surround Petra. If you have dinner here you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset behind the mountains.

Very friendly and helpful owner! Homey conditions, I recommend a room with its own bathroom.

Situated in ‘Ayn Amūn, 12 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, west view hostel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. First of all, I highly recommend that you book this wonderful hostel with its location and owners. Secondly, I would like to share with you my experience with this hostel. I arrived almost at sunset, and the view was indescribable. The view was stunning and more than fantastic. Then I ordered a dinner, where I ordered a dish called “Maqluba”, which was very delicious and had a wonderful combination of flavours, at an acceptable price, the quantity was very sufficient. Then I ask for a cup of Turkish coffee and sat in the main hall of the hostel. After that I went to the bed which was very comfortable and clean. In the morning, I woke up early with this most wonderful atmosphere, the fresh air and the quiet, picturesque place. I ordered a breakfast containing traditional food and it was more than wonderful, with a cup of hot tea and hot bread as well. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone. I would like to thank this wonderful family for this wonderful hospitality, delicious food, and their constant smile on their faces.

Set in Wadi Musa, within 3.7 km of Petra and 6.5 km of Al Khazneh The Treasury, Fragrant Rose offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking... I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I had a problem with my hotel in Dana and Mr Ali allowed us to check in early without any charge. On the trip I became very sick and Mr Ali and his wife looked after me and even made me chicken soup for lunch. They allowed me to check out late so I could rest more and refused to take extra money for this. I have never met such kind people in my life and I am very thankful for their excellent hospitality. On the room - it is easily a 4/5 star hotel experience and I really think they should charge a higher price. Bathrobes, slippers, smart tv and access to a kitchen are provided. The bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. There is a garden which you have access to which is an added bonus. Breakfast was 10/10 and traditional local food - the halwa was very good. Thank you Mr Ali and family for everything.

Everything goes good experience that I have it for 4 it's time with this beautiful people but gentle people they over for us everything very good they give us a lot of surface location is so good clean room food very nice delicious hot water's room it's excellent surface is very nice Internet it's so good and very good people very friendly I recommend everybody to stay here because I spend the four days I'm wonderful wonderful my lovely experience that I had it ever in my life just right here with this beautiful family they just grow up business they've been one week ago working it doesn't get the chance to work I am the first clients who arrive here I really recommend you because really they are lovely they leave you to be a they just don't bother you this doesn't hustle you no scam a very nice bright so good
