Villa 174 is located on a beautiful Eco friendly resort with an abundance of native shrubs and wildlife. There are possums, wallabies, Cape-baron geese all within the resort free to roam. There is 8 km of bike tracks around the resort, so feel free to bring along your bikes or hire them from the office. The resort offers 2 large separate pool areas, one at each end of the resort, along with tennis courts and guests barbecue on a lovely grassed area. The playground located at the front of the resort near the restaurant. There is a gym, spa, sauna, and 2 lap pools so you can keep up your fitness levels whilst enjoying your holiday. The Restaurant Numbers is open for Breakfast and Dinner so make sure you pay a visit and get an updated menu for the duration of your stay. Overall you will experience a lovely quite relaxed atmosphere.

Judi and Russell would like to welcome you to Villa 174 a privately managed lovely bright villa with decks both front and back. The villa is very well presented, with flat Tv',s free WiFi, DVD players, and a library of DVD's to accommodate your down time. There are 3 bedrooms the main has a queen bed and en suite, the other two bedrooms located at the other end of the villa have two single beds in each room, with a bathroom and powder room in between the two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are all supplied for you. You will find games, and tennis rackets for your use during your stay. The kitchen is fully self contained with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and all your regular appliances, and you will find some pantry items and milk in the fridge on your arrival. The front deck has an outdoor setting and the back deck also has a comfortable setting for you to relax in the evening all in a very private position with all units well spread apart from each other and enough parking for two cars in your own private driveway.

Phillip Island is famous for our beautiful little penguins that come ashore every night with food for their babies, located just a short drive to the Nobbies, also we have the Grandprix track, many wildlife parks, beautiful cafe's and restaurants all surrounded by gorgeous beaches with lovely walks in all directions. Make sure you don't miss the adventure cruises to see the dolphins and the seals and at certain times of the year the many whales that travel by on their journey North. You will certainly find something for all the family it is a good idea to visit the information center just over the bridge as you arrive on the island on the left just past the chocolate factory (YUM). There you will pick up all the information you need for a very special holiday.
