Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain.

Entering Nassau is like entering the local food chain. I don't really like the hustle of the fish fry but I do enjoy the food! I have always found Bahamians very friendly. It is a nice place to visit. Some things can seem a little run down but you have to remember that the hurricanes beat up buildings and make it hard to maintain them.

We were able to go into downtown Nassau and enjoyed spending time exploring. We did a little shopping and ate lunch at a charming restaurant called the Manila Grill. We did use a taxi to go downtown and back to Paradise Island. You must have the Conch fritters with in the Bahamas. Everyone was very polite and it was a wonderful experience.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The island is beautiful, and many attractions are within walking distance of each other. We enjoyed each restaurant at which we ate and the portions were very generous. There are both lively and more quiet areas so there is something for everyone.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was terrible and only worked about half the time. If anyone reads these reviews I think I should be refunded the price if the wifi or at least be given a credit for the future

Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone.

Nassau is a beautiful Island with something for everyone. Some parts are quieter than others. The beaches were nice but the water was very ruff, not sure if this was due to the season. Days were short, so its best to get up early to explore and enjoy the various activities and day tours. Great variety of food to please all!

The outside property is beyond beautiful and so much more than you could ever imagine. The inside of the hotel, lobby, casino, restaurant and bars are so clean and nice. The access to the private beach is simple and easy to get to. The people and staff at the Atlantis are so nice, could not ask for nicer people Everyone was so helpful. There is so much there at the Atlantis that you don’t need to go anywhere else. The water park it amazing and so fun...

The whole area is fantastic! The beach surrounding the hotel blending into the pool is great! Also only a short stroll under the bridge to the public beach. A few bars, restaurants and shops are within the "community" and only about a 10mins drive to the airport of 20mins to downtown Nassau. Lots of games and facilities available for kids and staff were very friendly.

I loved the fact that this location was close to alot of things eg. Atlantis, magaritaville , the beach just to name a few. The staff at the hotel were great and very accommodating. My husband and I arrived before the check-in time and they allowed us to check in . We enjoyed the pool as well . I loved it there and would be returning with my kids !!!!

The hotel is right across from a very private, beautiful beach -- we were at the beach every day and there were never more than 4 people in view (and usually no one). Perfect place for people looking for a quiet vacation away from the resorts and tourism. The staff was also amazing, and good food at the restaurant. We would definitely come back.

The facilities were nice and clean. The different colors of the buildings were adorable. It is not an all inclusive but there were many activities you can partake in. There is direct access to a public beach and a lagoon beach on the other side. Both are very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was great but everything else was terrible. All inclusive but they hardly have anything open. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading. This property is terribly overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know or like.

It was just okay , certainly not a 4 star maybe 3 star at best. Staff was nice! Hotel is aged and worn. Bed was hard and I both my daughter and I got some weird rash. My view was out to the old abandoned part of the hotel

Location in Nassau was brilliant with easy walking to the shopping on Bay Street and all the restaurants. It's lovely overlooking the water and watching the constant activity of the huge cruise ships coming in and out.
