Check in and check out in different hours than those mentioned on the website is subject to availability, must be required in advance and may be subject to an extra fee.

The cleaning fee includes :

a) the initial supply of towels, bedlinen and bathroom / cleaning products

b) the final cleaning (excluding the kitchenware that must be left clean)

Other services can be ordered by the guests at their arrival and are subject to an extra cost (change of towels and bed linen, supply of bathroom and cleaning products, daily cleaning service, airport transfer, supermarket delivery, excursions, taxi, restaurants, rentals, breakfast service)

A "BABY KIT" is available for little guests (including baby cot, small bath tub, baby chair and a toy box full of toys and books) at a cost of 10 $ per day.

Please note that full payment before arrival by bank transfer is required on the first day when the reservation becomes non refundable. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

All payments with credit cards (only VISA and MASTERCARD can be accepted) are subject to an additional 5 % commission + 18% of taxes

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments and pets are not allowed (in case of a violation of the rules an extra fee will be debited to the guests).

Transfer to and from the airport is subject to payment and must be booked at least 1 day in advance.

Please note that beach towels and pool towels are available for an optional fee of USD 5.00 per person.

该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。

22:00:00至09:00:00期间需保持安静。

到店时需支付损毁押金：US$150。 该押金将以现金形式收取。 退房后7天内此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过银行转账全额返还。
