La maison est grande, bien agencée, et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Il y a une grande pièce à vivre, une cuisine aménagée, munie de tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas, 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, trois chambres indépendantes et une véranda de bonne taille. La maison est située un peu en retrait de la route et bénéficie d'un grand calme. On peut apercevoir l'océan depuis le 1er étage, et s'y rendre en très peu de temps. Les possibilités de balades sont importantes sans avoir besoin d'utiliser son véhicule. Enfin, il y a un poêle à bois ce qui est très appréciable.
