A small but charming town on the route between Limoges and Clermont Ferrand. Lots of old architecture and a decent range of small shops and restaurants. Away from the main road, it is very quiet and peaceful. It has an interesting-looking church but we didn’t have time to visit it.

There are lits of stores with great bakery products and local honey etc We explored the town by foot en walked down to the small river where there is a tannery and we found wild raspberries just great! The local cemetery was worth a visit as was the restaurant across the road from it! We had a great stay and walk around and a lovely breakfast
