Octon is an attractive tiny village - the 'discovery' in an extensive road trip in France. The hotel/restaurant is in a historic building with a view over the village. Room was pleasant and we ate well in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff.

Easy to find in the centre of the village. Parking is normally not a problem in from the of the hotel but we arrived during a children’s Xmas event so we had to temporarily leave our car in a nearby free car park. The rooms are large, clean, very quiet and comfortable. We had a problem with no power to the electric sockets but the staff quickly fixed the problem. The staff are lovely and very keen to please. The restaurant is very popular with the locals and the food is excellent.

This is a hotel off the beaten track. It is located in an idyllic area. If you want peace and quiet, you will find it here. Our room was spacious, but lacked tea/coffee/milk. However, the view from the room was unbelieveble. I could have stood at that window forever. We had dinner here - a superb set menu, accompanied by an excellent wine.
The hotel is located in the former rectory next to the church on the small town square of Octon. The setting is pictoresque in this beautiful rural area. It's only 9km from the motorway.
A nice, comfortable room with a good shower.
We enjoyed a nice dinner with products and wine from the area.
A simple breakfast outside!

the excellence of the food as well for the eye as for the taste
the beauty of the region
the particularity of the hotel embedded as part of the church with sight on the marketplace with his fontain

Lovely spot to break our journey across France. The room and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good. We booked only an hour or so before arrival so were lucky to get a room, I think! Liked the village, and parking was handy enough.
