In this price category, Goran's Apartment is the benchmark. It is located 5 min walking distance from the beach, the path is very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and fully equipped. The terrace is huge, highly recommend drinking coffee and having an outstanding view on the mountains. Parking is next to the house, so loading/unloading car is no problem. Goran (the owner) met us personally, was waiting for us, and was always reachable per whatsapp the entire time of our stay. Altogether (as a whole package), this place deserves very solid 10 out 10.

Beautifull, modern, cosy, well equiped apartment it felt like home.Nice view from balcony, you can see sea on one side and Biokovo on the other side. Big garden with little playground and swings available for kids and also big private parking next to apartment. Beach is 4 minutes by walk. All restaurants and little shops are at the beach. Bigger shops are 3 minutes by car. Goran the owned was very nice and friendly. He also grilled macrelas for all his guests, which I can say was the best made fish I ever had. He also managed we could buy perfect olive oil from his friend. Goran you made our stay unforgetable, if we decide to visit Tucepi again we won’t go anywhere else.

My stay at Apartmani Šulenta was one of the best experience that I ever had. It's the owners Goran and Dunja who made my holiday in Tučepi extraordinary. They are so kind, helpful and always smiling. Gave me great tips for my stay in Tučepi and Goran's grilled mackerel is a culinary miracle:) The appartment itself was roomy, cosy, with modern (and quiet!) AC, just right level of firmness of the mattress (which is not always the case) and perfect view from the balcony (see the picture). Whole building super clean, nicely decorated, with beautiful garden. It's close to the main road, so I was bit affraid it will be too noisy, but it wasn't a problem at all. To the beach it's about 2 minutes walk. Overall, I actually felt like visiting good friends. If you planning to stay in Tučepi, I definitely recommend Apartmani Šulenta. P.S. And definitely ask Goran for the olive oil from the local farmer, it's so gooood!

Pěkný klimatizovaný apartmán s balkónem s výhledem na hory i moře, všude čisto, hezké dekorace, samostatné ložnice (pohodlně se vyspí 4 dospělí), sedačka v kuchyni navíc, kuchyňka s myčkou, v koupelně prostorný sprchový kout, na pláž a promenádu vede zkratka, cca 5 min od domu, skvělá lokalita, úžasný pan majitel, bydlí přímo v domě, pro hosty pořádá večerní posezení s vínem a rybou na grilu😉, prožili jsme krásnou dovolenou, rádi se vrátíme, určitě doporučuji!
