Absolutely loved the location. You walk 100m to the ferry station and 20 mins later, you're in Venice. And yet at the end of the day, you get to come back to a quiet and calm place, away from the chaos that I found Venice to be. In addition, you can buy all these tickets, excursions, taxi hires, etc from the reception; those guys are super helpful. The best part- the view from the property! You must wake up early to see the sunrise, if you're into that.

Located on the shores of the Venetian Lagoon, Camping Fusina, designed by architect Carlo Scarpa, offers accommodations all year round in Malcontenta. Shared facilities include a bar with a maxi flat-screen TV, an à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria, a grocery store and a laundry. All with air conditioning and private bathroom, units at Camping Fusina come with functional décor, including a wardrobe and mosquito nets. Most units also feature a kitchenette. The property is 3.1 mi from the center of Malcontenta and is located right on the lagoon's edge with panoramic views of Venice. Venice itself is on the opposite side of the Lagoon and can be reached with a 20-minute motorboat ride from the nearby terminal. From the same ferry terminal you can also reach the Alberoni beach, in Venice Lido.
