Great location near Porta Romana, everything close by, restaurant, cafés, bus stops, you're 20 mins on foot away from Ponte Vecchio. A bit out of the city but very calm and clean. The owner gives great tips and is super friendly.

Mauro was a great host. He welcomed us on arrival and gave us many recommendations of place to visit and to eat. We managed to check in to his plac as soon as we arrived to Florence and he keep our bags after the check out so we could enjoy the city a little more until the time we had to leave to the airport. The room was clean and the place is well located, with many bus options. Recommended.

Big room which fit our family of 4 very comfortably. Kitchen is an added bonus, not that we used it much, but handy to get breakfast pastries in the pastry shop which is pretty much downstairs a few feet away and eat in. Mauro was great and welcoming. Suggested good places for gelato and other local things and tips. Location is kind of ok. You can walk to the center which is about a mile and that's what we were doing. Other modes of getting around could be more challenging (good luck getting a taxi in Florence especially during rain or if some event is happening) Overall this was very good value for what we paid in Florence.

Spacious appartment with one living room (bed and double bad) with a kitchenette. One separate bedroom (2 single beds). Mauro, the host, waited for us upon our arrival. He was available on WhatsApp all the time and replied quickly to every question or enquiry. He gave as a map and recommended several spots. Very close you find Pizza Romana-highly recommend to visit and try pizzas. They also deliver. Caffeteria very close, almost next door. As well as bakery. Carrefour express grocery shop 4 mins walking distance.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the unit well equipped. Perfect location and area safe. In close proximity to shops, restaurants, a supermarket and public transport. The owner is super friendly and helpful and assisted with an early check-in and luggage storage.

Location is good, just by the bus stop. You do not need to use public transportation to go around, everything is a walkable distance, but for someone who needs a ride, there are plenty of buses/streetcars. The Host Mauro is a great person, met us personally, provided all the instructions, answered questions, gave us the guideness and draw the routes on a map. He was easily accessible via WhatsApp if any questions. The room has everything you need for a few days stay.

Mauro is extremely helpful to his guests we had a problem getting taxis and he personally drove us to the train station so that we didn’t. Miss our train. The location is well situated to restaurants and cafes etc and buses.
