La Terrazza Salentina is a beautiful independent studio apartment with exclusive access, surrounded by a beautiful terrace of over 60 square metres, with table, chairs and sun loungers. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lecce, recently modernised, inside you will find everything you need to spend your holiday in comfort and relaxation: a comfortable double bed with fragrant 100% cotton sheets, a sofa bed, a capacious two-door wardrobe, a table and a smart TV with Netflix. In the separate kitchen, you can cook lunches and dinners on the induction hob or prepare an excellent espresso with the coffee machine, to be drunk from the comfort of the terrace. A toaster, washing machine, microwave, tea and herbal tea are also available. In the bathroom, equipped with a bidet and shower, you will find soft towels and a hairdryer. From the Terrazza Salentina you can reach the charming centre of Lecce either on foot or by bus, and just a few kilometres away are the entrances to the ring roads so you can visit the beautiful coast of Salento, with its crystal clear sea. And you will not need a beach umbrella because you will find one at your disposal in the flat. Please note that the flat is on the second floor with access only via convenient stairs.

La Terrazza Salentina is located in a residential area with free parking in front of the house and in a strategic position to reach in a few minutes both the city centre (less than 5 minutes by car or bus, 25 minutes on foot) and the ring roads to visit the characteristic towns of the province and the beautiful beaches of Salento. In front of the flat there is a small building site, which works only in some periods, not always, with hours 7-14 approx. There may be some noise not dependent on the ownership of the flat. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, beauty salons, hairdressers, banks, bakeries.
