If you come to Fez, I highly recommend staying in a suite at this hotel. You will find great rooms and friendly staff for the price. This is not a hotel, but rather a historical site. You will feel as if you are staying in a place where nobles or kings stayed in the past. I think this is an excellent accommodation that no objection would be raised even if it were a museum, with all the props, beds, and furniture in this place intact.

I have never felt as welcomed as I did in this Riad: Moroccan people are the most caring I've ever met, but Hassan was absolutely the best. He went above and beyond for my sister and I and even made us breakfast a bit earlier as we had to leave before 8. The Riad is beautiful and outside the chaos of the center, which for me it was a plus. Thank you very much for your kindness and help

Nice Riad, exceptional patio and big rooms. Close to the medina (10 to 15 mins walking). Very friendly staff! They organized a private guide in order not to get lost in the medina. Parking nearby in a garage, 3€ per night.

The location was good, out of the messy medina and safe for a walk at night. The Riad was comfy and welcoming, with the real look of a Moroccan place. The breakfast was very good and complete, given the fact the staff was helpful to the point of serving it at 4:00 AM (we left at 5:00). All the rooms (4) had good AC and good beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us with all our needs (including a super early breakfast and luggage). This is a very good place to stay at Fes.

We booked the "3 bedroom" so we had a huge room with two bathrooms. We loved they had black soap available to use in the bathrooms. The staff is very accommodating, anything you ask for they can make it happen. We ask for taxis, tours, and hamam experience all we received at a reasonable price, better than have to search things out on your own.

The hotel room was huge, and the decorations beautiful. Staff was outstanding and very attentive. They helped answer questions, book spa reservations, and fixed a breakfast to take with us the last day because we had an early train. Overall, the price was good, and I am satisfied with out stay.

The first room was a bit dark and humid so the staff helped us to change to a brighter room with windows which is very nice. The breakfast was very good in Moroccan standard. The riad is located near the main street so it’s safer to walk back at night. The staff are also very nice.
