What a tremendous Hotel with a great location and wonderful facilities with a great staff! The breakfast offerings were delicious and with plenty of offerings available! Dining right on the bay as the sun sets is a must! The hotel property is historic and located right on the Bay of Kotor and centrally located to all the must see sights. A great place to call 'home base' while sightseeing, as well as, relax in this charming and historic town.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of the town, near the church. The room cleaning service is absolutely of the highest quality, worth all 5 stars. It is literally spotless clean. Rooms are being cleaned twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon, as well. With every cleaning, you get one small bottle of water per person, free of charge. Breakfast is both buffet and à la carte and is quite satisfying. Personnel tries hard to make you feel comfortable, and service is nothing like usual in Montenegro, a country that is not famous for impeccable service quality, to put it mildly. Special praise must be given to Balša, pool residence waiter, who keeps everything in order practically single-handedly. The food in the hotel restaurant is tasty but overpriced. Overall, it was a really good stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for your accommodation. There ain't many better ones in Montenegro, this one is really top-notch.
