The hotel is centrally located, which is its main advantage. The breakfast is decent. However, there were insects in the room, as well as cobwebs in the bathroom. Instead of immediately offering to pay by card, I was sent to an exchange office to change money, and only after I couldn't do it on Saturday, they offered card payment and even charged an additional fee for it. Next time, I stayed at the E-outfitting Golden Country Hotel, which was cheaper and incomparably better in terms of service quality!

Excellent stay. The hotel is very central to Mandalay Palace and the Capital Mall (good food). The staff were super helpful. The room was big, the water was very hot (like I like it), and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that I could cast my phone to the TV too.

Only needed an overnight stay in Mandalay. The hotel staff was attentive. They also helped me with a tuk tuk ride across town for dinner & a personal private transfer to Bagan with the hotel manager & a driver - which was extremely helpful especially during this time with many foreigner restrictions. The breakfast was abundant, served with several local dishes. Roof top & its view was a bonus. Had a double corner view of the city from my 9th floor room which was clean, comfortable & safe. Sufficient for one night for all my needs!
