Absolutely everything! So much to do on the islands and you can get access to Sai Lagoon and Marina. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to make sure you have the best trip. We flew late in the evening and they allowed us to keep our room until we departed the island.

Lots of things to highlight 1. Location. It is only 10-15 minutes boat ride from airport and unlike many other resorts is included 2. Facilities. It is part of the crossroads complex. Besides hotel facilities itself it has Marina walk with shopping and restaurants (no other place in Maldives has this) and access to the other resort in the complex 3. All inclusive. It is not the typical buffet type. There are many restaurants in the resort and complex and all inclusive also applies for a la carte menus. 4. Kids club. Complementary and full of activities from 10 am to 6 pm for 3-11 years old kids 5. Other activities. Many options such as daily dance and excersice at the pool, martial arts sessions, airial sessions, live music and events. 6. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. 7. Overall very modern and complete resort

Wonderful stay with kids. Hard rock service and amenities sets it apart. Property is relatively new and planned very well the beach, activities and most importantly service makes the biggest difference. Kids club is truly international with staff from all over the world who do an awesome job with the kids (special thanks to the woman from Nepal - sorry I forgot her name - who made our kids integrate quickly) Kishor who helped us seamlessly introduced to the property was awesome. He made himself available throughout our stay and made our experience very pleasurable. Special thanks to Mhade and others at the restaurant who went out of their way to help us with our kids food need. Everyone at elephant and butterfly - Dev, Itta, Gopi and so many more who truly make this a special place. Lastly as an integrated island it was wonderful to have access to neighboring property and all the great restaurants at the Marina.

Excellent service. Easy transfer to property and inside the property ( buggy service is available all day and night ). Many food options( 13 restaurants on the island, 9 are all inclusive in the package)with various cuisines and buffets. All day activities and entertainment ( abracadabra are amazing ). Spa and dive center were perfect. I had an issue with table selection in one night reservation but was solved and even compensated the next night by the manager (Mr. Manish ) Great experience for all ages and the best place to reward your kids. Wonderful staff, very cooperative in hotel, pool bar ( Gayan), buggys drivers, housekeeping staff, pavilion, crossroads restaurants ( Fareed),best dive, the neighbour Saii lagoon restaurants and beach club( eddy),Hard Rock Cafe (JL), Hard rock shop ( Kai) and the manger ( Mr Manish)
