The main house contains the main bedroom with queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 x king singles and a wardrobe and is next door to the 2nd bathroom. A spacious large fully equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining area offers plenty of room. Attached to the main dwelling is the third bedroom (The Studio Unit) containing its own well equipped kitchenette, living area, queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Adjoining outdoor decks to all rooms and entertaining/bbq area for those summer evenings. Attached 2 car garaging and ample outside parking for that boat or trailer. Laundry facilities are situated inside the garaging. The section has a large fully fenced, grass back yard - perfect for your dogs. (Max 3 dogs per booking). No Cats or other pets are permitted. The Studio Unit is available on it's own for a cheaper rate, for a couple (or single). You have access to the garaging, laundry facilities and outside decking, BBQ for cooking and garden area. I bought this lovely home in mid December 2022 and I'm pleased to be able to share it with you all. I have lovingly created the accommodation for all guests to enjoy. Wai Matangi Place is a quiet cul-de-sac with a combination of permanent residents and holiday homes. Surrounded by reserves and playgrounds, paved walking & biking tracks, including a nearby forestry track. Walking distance to the popular Lake Taupo and the beautiful Motuoapa marina in Motuoapa Bay, which offers a new boat ramp to launch the boat or jet ski for all water activities. Also backing on to the Tongariro River and popular trout fishing spots. Only 10 minutes north of Turangi for all your amenities, 5 minutes to popular cafes and restaurants. 30 minutes to Taupo and 45 minutes to National Park where you will find many activities such as the Tongariro Crossing, Whakapapa and Turoa Ski Fields and The Sky Waka.
