Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.

Walking distance to Westfield Mall along with many local bars and restaurants. Just a couple of minutes’ drive to Hagley Park, Canterbury University and the central city. You have location, sunshine, modern features, and smart decor in a lovely home in quiet Picton Ave close to Riccarton Rd. Set back at the rear of the section, this standalone home is a quality townhouse with attached double garage. Regents Villa features five double bedrooms, and three bathrooms, two of which are ensuites.
