Great place. I am really picky about hotels and this one was super nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and they are available to help you 24/7. My husband was having issues breathing the first night due to the altitude and they came with an oxygen tank to help asap. I can’t recommend enough this place!!!

The location was nice. Close to downtown but a bit far and quiet. Very nice staff (Cintia, Isabela, and Elisabeth) always glad to help, give information, very attentive. Always coca tea available at reception. Simple breakfast. Room at good size. Hot showers.

We loved our very short 1 night stay here. On a beautiful quiet residential alley in Cusco, very near many wonderful restaurants and the main square. Friendly service and easy check in and check out. Room clean, bathroom very nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The incredible value was the best part.
