All of the staff were lovely. It was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel very kindly provided me with a birthday surprise which was unexpected and very kind. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Great views and very reasonable. I didn’t eat there but the menu and the food looked good. Breakfast had good options. Location was great with metro and buses outside the door but only a 5-10 mins walk to Rossio Square, Gloria Fenicular and a 15min walk to lots of restaurants and sites. There is an Aldi downstairs and as I was thrrr for a few days, it was great for extra water or snacks etc.

It is 700 metres from Marques de Pombal Square, the Rossio Train Station plus the Santa Justa Lift and 20 minutes’ walk from São Jorge Castle. Humberto Delgado International Airport is 7 km away and is reachable via metro.
