Понравился персонал на ресепшен - приветливый, вежливый, внимательный. Расположение выше всяких похвал - останавливаюсь не в первый раз. Минута - и ты у Адмиралтейства, пять минут - и ты на Дворцовой площади. Понравился номер, комфорт №9. Тихо, просторно, окно на Гороховую. Бронировали отель без питания, но тем не менее бесплатно гостям предоставляется кофе, чай, печенье. В коридоре кулер.
