Grand is an apt term it's in a grand location with grand rooms high ceilings with a view a balcony and really nice helpful staff. You get something that doesn't feel like a hotel yet has the services of a hotel. If you're here for business this is critical because you have space to work in space to think space to be yourself.

Pretty clean. All appliances are in working condition. The property is located about 15-20 mins on foot from Independence Square. The accommodation matches its description and photos on Booking.com (I had a flat with a balcony). The staff is very friendly and eager to help. All-in-all, everything’s fine.

nuce location, nice apartment, very helpful receptionists. amazing SAFETY. gates, chips, and safe doors. I will recomend to stay if you want nice apartment with good price and location. PAUL bakery was just in front of the apartment.

Hotel is very convenient to explore Kyiv. Great value and modern room with basic self-catering facilities to hand. Staff were efficient and provided 24 hour reception.

Two great things about the place itself should be noted. First, living room and bedroom are two separate floors inside the apt. So apt is huge. And the second one is the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of prosecco in the evening. Or a bottle of wine at the wine shop downstairs. The bathroom may look like needs renovation but it was clean and spacious. Location. İ cannot say that it is super close to Khreshchatyk st. but we were not promised so and we enjoy walking. Since we needed antigen tests to travel abroad we found 2 DİLA labs very close to the place. Few coffee shops and a French pastry shop where we had breakfasts was a huge advantage. Metro station Zoloti Vorota is also very close but we used UBER mostly. Finally, a walk to Silpo supermarket will take like 15 min.

I did not stay the entire night. I needed someplace to wait for my train to leave late at night, and this place served my needs quite well. It has a large balcony with a table and two chairs, which is great for us smokers. The bedroom looked very nice, although I did not use it. The layout is not bad, for the size, and was comfortable for me. The AC works very well. The staff was good with communication, and check-in was effortless.
