Columbia City is an amazing and historic neighborhood. Walk to Coffeeholic House or Empire Roasters & Records for coffee, Super Six for Brunch, Tutta Bella for lunch, Island Soul Rum Bar & Soul Shack or La Medusa for dinner, and Molly Moon's Ice Cream for dessert. After dessert head to NW Peaks Brewery or Hill City Taphouse for beers, Twilight Rainier for cocktails, and The Royal Room Seattle for live music. All withing walking distance! Seward Park is a gorgeous park a mile east. It is right on Lake Washington and has beaches and a walking path around it. See if you can spot any of the resident Bald Eagles! The light rail is the best way to get around as it can get you all over the city. The Columbia City station is only two blocks away. If you would prefer to drive - there is plenty of free street parking in front of the townhome. It is not zoned so there are no time limits.
