I stayed 2 nights in a twin bed room with a friend. We have an amazing experience here and enjoyed superb hospitality from the manager (My), receptionist (Hanh) and the rest of the team too. Breakfast starts at 6.30am ,Good spread at the breakfast with a mix of local and international food. They have an alacarte menu too where you can order eggs or pho. . Hotel staff is always ready to help you move across street (very helpful, considering how busy this street can get in the morning).

Can't recommend Babylon enough. I loved my 3 night stay here. A 30 second walk to one of the main shopping streets in old quarter Hanoi, less than 5 minutes walk to the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake, and 10-15 mins to train street, the prison and military museum.
Delicious breakfast also included, buffet and a la carte options available.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish. So welcoming and friendly and caring. Reception staff, the young men at the front door, restaurant staff and tour staff - you are always greeted when passing by.
Room was made up on request also.
Fast and cheap laundry service available too.
I didn't use the spa so can't comment but it looked nice!
They also kept my suitcase safe when I went away on a trip for a few days.

The location was great to be able to walk all around our area. We used grab a few times for rides to other areas. The staff is helpful and very friendly. We had an issue with our room one night and the remedied it immediately.

One of, if not the best hotel in Hanoi! The location is absolutely unbeatable, staff are so friendly and breakfast was great! I could not recommend staying in this hotel enough. The rooms were so clean and bathrooms quite modern.

Breakfast was really nice, could choose from a buffet or they had a menu order. The balcony was a nice place to have a drink and the rooms are nothing fancy but very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helped us book a fantastic food tour and water puppet show! Would recommend!
