‎I will write in English first then Arabic راح اكتب انجليزي بعدين عربي من اين ابدا صراحة، الفندق جميل ومستواه عالي جدا وعائلي و كبلز ويمكن ينفع للعزاب اذا يبون اجواء نظيفة وحلوه وغير مزعجة في اخر الليل. خدمة الفندق عشرة على عشرة، المرافق نظيفة جدا، المسبح نظيف ومرتب وجميل وعندهم 4 مواقع للمسابح كبيرة والصغيرة تجي خاصة مع الغرف الكبيرة. المأكولات لذيذة جدا وعندهم 3 مطاعم كبيرة وسوبر ماركت صغيره وسبا ونادي ممتاز وملعب تنس وغرف حضانة للاطفال كبيرة وممتازة. الحماية والامن عندهم ممتاز وعندهم محل مجوهرات للي بيخطب حبيبته موفرين خواتم وغيره من مجوهرات او اللي بيهدي زوجته هدية وعندهم مكتب تأجير سيارات. المنطقه اللي فيها الفندق جميلة جدا ورايقة. عندهم جزء من الفندق على البحر يسمونه جال البحر. واخر الليل في المطاعم الثلاث يحطون اغاني حية ومرات لا على حسب. يستاهل كل مبلغ ادفع عليه صراحة وعندهم مواقف كبيرة دورين خاصه للفندق. والافطار عندهم مكانين من كبرة واحد بوفيه مفتوح والثاني مثل المطعم ادخل وتطلب من القائمة. ‎اهم شي عندي دائما نظافة الفندق والغرفة وخدمة تنظيف الغرفة والحمامات وصراحة الفندق ابدع فيها. Where do I start, the hotel is massive and beautiful literally with very high standards, it’s suitable for families, couples and singles whom looking for clean , clam night for a good sleep, fun and amazing atmosphere. The hotel service is 10/10, the facilities, pool and restaurants are very clean, neat and tidy. they have 4 sites for private large pools and small pools comes with the large rooms. The food is very delicious, and they have 3 large restaurants, a small supermarket, spa, an excellent gym, a tennis court, and 2 large nursery rooms for children. Excellent security you will be safe unlike other places. 1 Jewerly store ;) you got it ? They got you covered if you wanted a ring for your woman. A rental car desk. The area in which the hotel is located is very beautiful. Some part of the hotel is at the beach called the seaside. at the end of the night in the three restaurants they put live music it depends on the date or event.

The hotel is very nice, clean, with big and comfortable apartments. We had breakfast and dinners and the food was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The two pools and aqua park are clean and nice. Beautiful gardens and cozy area.

All inclusive meals--you cannot beat it!!! The beach is so beautiful (rocky sand, but beautiful) and the food had tons of options, even for people with allergies. Drinks were strong and great.

The hotel is of a high standard for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Service level and the staff at a high level with service awareness. In a clean and tidy place. Several types of swimming pools and a nearby quiet and clean beach. highly recommend.

Great hotel for families. The service was great. The water park is excellent! The room was very comfortable (they upgraded us to a big room). the snack bar is offering diversified food all kind.

From the moment we arrived with an infant until departure 12 days later everyone from the reception , housekeeping cleaning ladies to the different staff and managers are excellent and an asset to this facility. Excellent welcome from Ms. Gayanne at the Reception and an early checkin was provided and we were lead to the breakfast area as we have arrived early morning, Mr. Andreas the reception Manager also welcomed us and offered his assistance. the Dining area perfect setup very well organized and a variety of food the staff always smiling and welcoming well done Asimina and Antonis you are very hardworking and an asset to this Hotel don’t miss to try the Japanese Fusion Restaurant which is included also in your all inclusive. The pool area and aqua park very clean and wonderful area to chill under the sun with wonderful cocktails and snacks from the pool bar. The Life Guards are hardworking taking care of every guest especially our youngsters i didn’t had the chance to catch their name but there was a guy that drives also the train at the evening he is an excellent and very polite and I saw him in action providing first aid to a child well done. At the pool bar try the Coffee with Ice-cream 🍦 The Animation Team a lot of fun and activity try the Aquazumba and some games also every night at the night club the animation team organizes different activity such as Greek night, Music quiz, Mr. Hotel, Bingo which I was lucky to win 🏆 and many others, and I loved the Dance that they do every morning and night which is like the hotel’s signature well done guys I have visited so many hotels and this Team is the best of all. We have booked and tried with my wife a message session at the SPA wonderful experience greetings to Efi and Apostolis 😘 and the other lady and the sport message I did she was the best and impressive strong hands and technique. We have rented a Car from Mrs.
