I want to share my positive feedback for the highly professional service provided by Eric, the night Reception Agent. Eric made sure I had all I needed to spend a comfortable stay, and he understood my needs showing flexibility (with late check out etc). For the rest, the property is cosy and the breakfast includes a good variety of food. Rooms are not big, but for Paris' average prices it remains a good deal. Hotel recommended from me :)

Usually you get one set of keys for your stay, but being able to share the codes to all guests makes a real difference. The host spoke very good English, the apartment had a lovely view, was quiet and well heated, which is really exceptional for Paris. The bathroom was newly built and very clean. The laundry facility is excellent. Juba and Valentin at the reception were great help. They were very courteous, informative and always happy to help. The grocery store was walking distance.
