Great hotel with big, clean rooms, amazing breakfast (to be ordered in the hotel‘s own restaurant where you have an amazing view on the pool and Samui’s palm trees) and really lovely staff! We would definitely book again!

The Cape Bar is very good The beach is good. I was warned of jelly fish but didn't spot any. No diving near by which was my fault for not checking. I would avoid the flight/bus/ferry/ bus/ taxi option Over seven hours and information is very limited.

West part of the beach, where was our hotel, was too much constructed. When the tide is high, you can't walk on the beach (as the hotels are built too close) and can't go from one hotel to another one as they have walls separating each hotels. Meaning you are basically trapped in your hotel and can go somewhere only through vehicle roads. Very impractical beach walks.

Mae Nam was lovely, crazy and busy on the main road but quiet and laid back on beach roads. Has supermarkets, pharmacy's etc.
So easy to get around to other resorts, Fishermans Village, Chewang, Lamai and Nathong. On the main road there's lots of buses songthaws that will stop for you and once you've bargained the price just hop on board, great fun

Very coarse sand with a very steep bank.
Very coarse sand with a very steep bank. It hurts your feet to walk on and it's not comfortable for sunbathing.
On the upside, water is clean and beach is very quiet with very few people and barely any beach bars or clubs.

My wife and I have visited the Paradise Beach resort many times over the years. The staff and management of this resort have always made us feel welcomed and coming back to Paradise is always a highlight of our Thailand holiday. Like all resorts on Koh Samui the last few years have been hard with no tourism but it was fantastic to see a lot of the staff had been kept on during the pandemic so to see so many familiar faces upon out return was wonderful. Thankyou to Werner and all the team for another wonderful holiday.
This hotel is located out of town on the far end of Mae Nam beach, close to the ferry terminal (still 15 minutes in a Taxi), it is well presented with a lovely pool over looking a small piece of private beach. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the accommodation is nice with rooms and bungalows available, our bungalow had a fridge, safe, good bed, hot shower and complimentary tea, coffee and water.
Breakfast was included and was very good, overall the hotel was good value for money.
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my toddler and I. The restaurant was closed by the time we arrived in the evening so they took us via golf cart down the road for supper and picked us up after we were done.
The hut we stayed in was very comfortable.
Extra perk that the pier for the ferry was a very short 3 minute walk from the resort.
Thank you to the staff at Coco Palm Beach Resort for everything :) looking forward to staying with you in the future!
We were staying at the resort Feb 6-9, on the day of the arrival, we arrived way way too early before the check-in time, Kh Mod, the front desk manager was so kind in accommodating and let us check in early and on the departure date, she also made arrangement to make sure we arrive at the airpport on time. The staff at the restaurant are also very nice in particular thanks to Katarina and Dean. Sure will revisit the resort again.....Woody S, Saratoga, California
I refuse to stay anywhere else on Koh Samui !!!! These people are like family to me ……This is the most bang for your buck that you’ll receive on the island in my opinion……the beach is beautiful the rooms are exactly what Thailand is about……..and you rarely her voices ……just nature !!!!!! I love it here !!!!!! Book it immediately…….take it from someone who has stayed all over the island …….
great little resort. stayed here twice coming and going from Koh Phangan. good value for price. beach ok. has 3 pools. small pool good for dip. should have loungers on other side of pool as people on main floor thought loungers were for their use only (small pool) - just the way it’s set up. couple of good restaurants on beach. more restaurants and bars walking distance
The hotel looks like a tropical garden which is very nice. The pool area and the beach look just like on the pictures but note that the sand is not soft and smooth. If you're looking for some time away from everything this place is ideal as it is at the end of a tiny road and it feels quite secluded. The staff is nice.
slightly outdated. requires a proper concierge for a 5 star. very friendly staff. good breakfast. great facilities for kids. excellent two bedroom suite with daily fruit. the property requires freshening up. mae nam beach was great - quiet and very clean private beach. only one beach house restaurant on the resort.
The hotel is located in a beautiful place a bit isolated from the central area of Koh Samui. It makes you feel very calm and relaxing. We really liked all about the service there. All the staff is caring about you. Very beautiful villas with amazing view. All was great! It was our best hotel on Koh Samui
微笑ましい — From my point of view, Pinnacle Samui Resort is one of the excellent locations to forget your winter blues. Ultra clean, and the staff are utmost friendly. The location of the Hotel on the island is quiet and lovely (Maenam Beach). Breakfast is awesome.
Literally everything, this is definitely the best W that I have stayed at so far. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and will go over and above to help you. The view and services were all amazing. I'll always stay here whenever I am n Koh Samui.
Property was nice and clean 200m walk from beautiful ocean. Beach chair are only available if you get some drink from beach little bar owned by somebody else. Resort doesn’t have any beach chairs.
The villas are excellent: spacious with a private pool and, at the same time, nice views of the jungle and very private. The host is excellent, he can arrange everything for you in Koh Samui.
Really friendly owner, gave us a lift to the boat- pier early in the morning when we were leaving.
Good pressure and hot water in the shower.
Comfy bed.
One of the best beaches in Koh Samui
We enjoyed our comfortable stay at the resort which is facing the beach. The staff was kind enough to lend their scooter to us to buy some groceries from the nearest convenience store.
The resort was truly an escape. You can have everything and you don't want to go anywhere else. But, if you want to go around the island, you can rent a motorcyle at the resort.
