The room was nice with some authentic ambiance from the past time. The furniture does not look old, though. Everything is quite well organized. Very clean bathroom. Silent rooms. Breakfast is fine, although the was no big choice of the principal meals.

It was clean, but a bit old, the photos can be misleading as it looks new. Value for money is okay, there's better places to stay with this amount

We loved the feel of Florence, the people were very friendly.
We didn't rush around we just wandered and found some different places to the tourist destinations,
I had my purse stolen on our second day from my handbag, which was very upsetting as I thought that I had it covered so just be very careful.

The highlight of our trip was a tour of the city with an unscheduled guide in little golf cart that we picked up in front of Pitti Palace after walking the very steep Boboli gardens. It gave me and my 77 year old mother a chance to relax and see Florence’s main attractions all the way to the top of the city where we couldn’t have gone on our own. The driver took our picture and for the price it was a great hour 1/2. He recommended a good restaurant where we ate the traditional steak Florentine. We visited the Ponte Vecchio, the Academia and the Ufizzi, the Duomo from the outside only too many steps for us, anyway I did it when I was 18. The cool thing I’m glad we did was the oldest perfume store in Florence near Santa Maria Novella Church and I bought a special collection perfume for my mom on Mother’s Day. That to me was really a cool place.

The city is packed with museums and cultural masterpieces. ~The quality of presentation was excellent and even in the Uffizi/Duomo etc whilst queues were quite long, they moved fairly smoothly. Nearly all the placards and information was in Italian (obviously) but also in English (phew!!) I walked at least 5 miles a day which was great for my step count, I used the Firense card which involved a certain amount of admin but as we were visiting a couple of museums a day so probably saved a bit of money. The central district is quite compact so we didn't need to use public transport.

There are lots of attraction places we don't have time to go, so if we go there next time we will leave more time to be there, and book the same place to stay. The owner is very kind and really friendly and helpful. He is a good gentleman and helped us to stay much more easer and happier.

Incredible museums, art, and history.
Incredible museums, art, and history. Recommend the Firenze pass, as it allows you to skip some of the lines and is a great value as long as you have time to visit several museums. Note, there are a couple museums (Uffizi and Accademia- where David is located) which currently require reservations. They can be made after purchasing the pass either in person (which we did, late afternoon at the Uffizi) or online. We walked everywhere, and this hotel was also within walking distance of the train station.

We just wanted to walk around, but in order to see something important we should have booked far in advance. It was Easter week in Italy, something we didn’t think about before booking this trip and did not realize how busy it can be.
Staff was perfectly efficient. It was very calm at night. No drunken shouting in the corridors, although the hostel was full. It was my first experience in a hostel. Mattress was hard orthopaedic - just how j like it for my back.I had a private room similar to the hotel. And I liked my stay.
Breakfast was an extra 9 eur. But it was a good buffet. Scrumble omlet was nice to have before exploring Florence. Not in each 3-star hotel you can get it in Italy.
Check out is at 10.00. But you can use luggage room for 3 eur per day. Convenient.
Very convenient location close to city center and the central train station. Very authentic place. Maria Antonia is very pleasant woman, extremely welcoming. She touched my heart by her hospitality, attention and willingness to help. She prepared for us delicious, generous breakfast, one of the best we've had during our stay in Italy. We were allowed to leave our luggage on last day of our stay whilst we spent the day in Florence. We really felt at home at this accommodation.
Will definitely be staying again.
the area in Florence is perfect!!!!!it’s close to everything but away from crowd. Best breakfast in Italy w excellent service!!!!!it’s like a private village w a small church next to hotel. Very spacious and comfortable ❤️it’s the only hotel in Italy where they have someone at door to greet you or recommend places to go(very nice)
The restaurant next door Trattoria Del Horto was a perfect recommendation for 2 dinners in Florence. We found a nice sandwich shop(Luneta)towards the town square perfect for lunch
Roomy apartment, has everything you need and a great location near all the main tourist attractions and museums. I have never had a bigger room in Italy, which is a luxury, believe me. I really enjoyed that a lot. The staff was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to stay a bit after the official checkout in order to accommodate our schedule. All in all a hreat accommodation in the ideal center of Florence. No regrets, would re-book if in Florence again.
Lovely hotel, very helpful staff and one of the best rooms we stayed in on our 3-week holiday in Italy. The breakfast was reasonable, and as always the coffee didnt disappoint. it was around an 8-10 min walk to the duomo and had lots of interesting coffee, gelato and restaurants on the way there. 5 min walk to a carrefour market for basic necessities. and Firenze is, well Firenze :-) Try out Trattoria Zaza for some really good italian pasta and seafood!
We arrived early as we were travelling around Italy from Florence. Our room wasn’t ready as there was a problem with the air conditioning. The receptionist put our bags into the luggage store so we could go and venture out. Such great customer service. Our room was also the nicest room (except the honeymoon suite on my wedding) I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I do think we were upgraded and if so I cannot thank the hotel enough.
Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it looked gorgeous. The decor was incredible and so so close to everything you need in Florence. It was our favourite part of our 8 days travelling Italy - the rooftop bar is a must, very romantic, amazing cocktails and staff with an insane view of the Duomo! We didn’t want to leave the rooftop for dinner at all it was so gorgeous
We spent a very comfortable night in a very nice hotel in Florence, the 2nd stop of our Italy trip starting from Rome. Many thanks to Ameli, the lady who welcomed us very nicely at the front desk for check-in, many thanks to Kardeşim 😀 Luca for his nice welcome and interest at breakfast. We hope to come back to Florence and Adler Cavalieri Hotel-Private Spa & Gym at the first opportunity.
A lovely hotel is in front of the tram station. 6 stops and you are at the central train station 7 stops and you are in the center of Florence. One minute of walking and there is a large supermarket. The staff is really charming and humane even in the most stressful moments. Everything is clean. I choose this hotel already 4 times during my vacations in Italy.

We had 2 nights in Florence during our trip in Italy. The stay in this hotel was great, we enjoyed it very much. The room is very fancy, with good style and design. The team was always very helpful, nice and welcoming. The rooftop is great, with pleasant atmosphere and great food. We also enjoyed the diner in the hotel’s restaurant.
The hotel is my favorite one during the trip in Italy. Good location to all the tourists sites and also quiet to sleep. The apartment is well-decorated and all the furniture is elegant and beautiful. And the staff here is very friendly and considerate. I will choose this place for staying if I will go to Florence next time.
Best breakfast during our trip in Italy. Location is great. It’s easy to go to main tourist spots. And more than anything, Giulia is an amazing hostess. Friendly and helpful. She gave us a list of recommendations of restaurants, bars, and even supermarkets. If coming to Florence again, FuordArno must be the first choice.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and was a fabulous place to stay while in Florence. Miki met us there and spent time showing us the apartment and made sure the Wifi was working before she left! This apartment was the best accommodation we had during our Italy trip! I would highly recommend staying here.
Small boutique hotel around 10 minutes walk to central old town Florence. Great staff, excellent breakfast and very comfortable modern rooms. A special mention to Leonardo who makes the best carafe of Aperol Spritz in Italy and who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect.
This place has an amazing location and was definitely the nicest place I stayed while traveling Italy. Very close to a public rail station that will take you right to all the best spots in Florence. They even let me check in early when I was just hoping to check my bags!
in this hotel you really feel in ITALy and in Florence, with authentic italian building, nice people. you do no t feel you are in an international anonymous hotel... Detail, this a direct bus to https://www.dariocecchini.com/?lang=en , 100 meter away from the hotel...
I was very happy that we were given a room with a balcony. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel but I felt like it could have been much better if they actually tried. This is generally the problem in Italy - no one puts effort into their jobs.
This is the best hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Italy. The location, staff quality and suite facilities are all outstanding. If I go on vacation in Florence again, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
The apartment is large and comfortable for a family of four! The location is literally perfect. Walking distance to all main attractions in Florence. Give you the perfect feel for a vacation in Italy!
