I would recommend people to visit Treviso as it is small enough to walk around, plenty of shops, parks and wildlife. The river is the standout feature and the local people are very welcoming and friendly.
It's only a 10 minute shuttle bus from the airport to the train station and Treviso has easy connections to Venice, Udine, Padua, Vincenza and Verona.

Nice, lovely place, with a lot of places to see and a lot of restaurants / eating places.
You may spent a day or two with the strolling the city center, or just add a few more days to check the surrounding.

For twenty years, I have chosen to stay in Treviso as a base whilst visiting this part of Italy. It is my favourite walled city, and the canals flowing through it add to its uniqueness. It's location, ease of transport to the other northern cities of Italy (including, of course, Venice) and atmosphere, bars, restaurants and shops make it THE place to stay.

A small town , not much to do. 2-3 days is more then enough to visit downtown.
There is a good connection between treviso central and Venice , the train takes only 30 minutes.
The bad : more foreigners on the street then italian people , looked like there is a big fugitive camp.
Villa Trevisi was the best place we stayed at in Italy. Check-in was easy, our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was pre-packaged due to Covid. Our hostess gave us directions to reach Treviso, as well as a useful map. It took about 30mins to walk to Porta San Tomaso, the most picturesque gate into the old city. Treviso has canals, castles, old churches and civic buildings and some good restaurants. If we are lucky enough to return, we would definitely stay at Villa Trevisi.
Very nice, cozy little hotel in the center of Treviso, easy reachable by car. Parking is a problem if you don't find a free space in front of the structure. Rooms small, but ok size, clean, recently renovated, but probably bit of a stretch calling this a boutique hotel. Dining and breakfast in the intimate osteria at the ground floor, also with seating outside, weather permitting. Staff very friendly and service minded. I shall return.
The room had good WiFi and was within easy walking distance of the train station and the historic section of downtown Treviso. We also made arrangements with the staff for a ride to the airport with our luggage which was extremely handy for our early morning flight. There was a heat wave and the A/C worked great! There is paid parking available at the facility that you need to reserve in advance behind gated lot.
The property is in the wonderful neighborhood in Treviso. Only 6 min walking distance from the train station . The PAM and Coin store right beside it and tons of great shops and restaurants in the area. The communication with the host was impressive. Treviso is only 25 minutes train ride from the Venice and way calmer city with a charm
The hotel is clean and quaint, with an amazing staff. There’s a bus stop right outside which is an easy ride into the old town and back. There are 2 restaurants immediately adjacent to the hotel and a cafe/gelato shop in the same building as the hotel.
But the hotel’s best feature is the staff. They’re simply wonderful!
This BnB is the best I experienced in Italy ! Luca has created a wonderful comfortable and cultured place to stay complete with roof-top terrace, spacious bathrooms, places to sit and provides a yummy breakfast. Location is perfect right off the square and walking distance to much that Treviso has to offer.
The location was quite close to the airport. We had a flight from Venice Treviso airport so chose this place for our stay.
7 mins drive to the airport.
The hotel organised the taxi as well and it cost €20.
The room was very spacious and big. It had a small tv, towels, body wash, mini fridge.
The hotel is a great find as is 15min walking distance from the city center and 2min from the highway where you can quickly go to Venice, Padua, Trieste etc. there is a wonderful underground parking and electric charging station outside. Personnel is very professional and helpful.
What a gorgeous suite in the heart of Treviso! The team were extremely helpful with our check-in process, going above and beyond to help settle us with our difficult timetable. The facilities are all brand new, and this ultra-modern suite made our trip to Italy truly wonderful!
Super close to Treviso central station and close to Treviso old town. Affordable option to stay close to Venice for day in-out trips with direct train options and visit Trevio at the same time. Super clean apartment. Smooth communication with the hosts.
I’ve stayed here 4 times this year and will come back in the future. being so close to Treviso airport and the main train station it suits my needs. the hotel were kind enough to allow a late check out too which I greatly appreciated
I liked that the hotel is very well positioned, it's very close to train station (Treviso Centrale) and it's easier to go to Venice. I liked also the room, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were changed daily.
This was a lovely hotel right in the heart of Treviso and a very easy walk to the old town and the lovely shops and restaurants. The hotel was modern and comfortable while still having a personality of it's own.
The room was very modern and comfortable for our night in Treviso.Everyone was friendly and helpful, they organised the taxi to the airport for us.
The breakfast was very nice too with fresh coffee !
Apartment is close to Treviso airport but in a nice location. We arrived late on new years eve and the host was very accommodating. The apartment has a private parking.
