I chose Saint-Ouen for the price, knowing it is a poor and ugly part of the suburbs but if you have money, avoid it, it corresponds to a sketch by Rodney Dangerfield "i live in a very bad neighborhood, yesterday a guy asked me where the subway station was, I told him no one has ever stayed alive long enough to reach it"!

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.

It is a place that kept on giving like having real chickens on the roof
a large outdoor area that the kids could run around in away from the parents and other guests We felt that we were the oldest there but the staff we A1 very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the food but would have liked a bigger selection. We were lucky enough to have a shared balcony where we enjoyed a drink or a cup of tea at the end of the day. Secure car park
Transportation:It is only about 15 minutes to main city paris and also about same time to reach our bus staition (paris-bercy).
Surroundings:The vibes and surrounding near hotel is very nice .Lots of cafe and shopping center around.
Staffs:The guy in front desk is very friendly and Helpful. He will provide the required information about the hotel.
Almost everything was well as expected .
Highly recommended.
Owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and it is located relatively close (15 min walk) to the metro stations Porte de Clignancourt or Mairie de Saint-Ouen. Nearby there are 2 Franprix stores and a Carrefour City and a decent range of restaurants and patisseries. The underground parking is another big plus if you travel by car.
Quiet location in a busy part of Paris and near to Bichat Hospital. Very comfortable bed, nice clean room and bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Really nice breakfasts. The staff have good local knowledge and are happy to help order taxis. A check out of 12:00pm means you are not in a rush on day of departure. In all I highly recommend for a business stay.
Excellent restaurant and restaurant staff, had breakfast and dinner every day at Karlito, the hotel's restaurant. Room cleanliness is also top category, cleaners visit the room every day. Room is also nice, unique design. I also like the MOB hotel concept, local foods, not-for-profit attitude and no TV! No news or commercial tv, just good music in the restaurant.
We were looking for a location in this area to visit Alstom nearby. It is a nice newly built area where there are families with kids and the atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. The place was easy to find and accessibleNothing special and the room not so big for the price we have paid, but in line with other structures in the vicinity. Paris is expensive!
The bad was very comfortably. We receive the rooms before 15.00, because they were ready.
Even if it's an old hotel, was clean and comfy
The bus/metro station is 7-10 min by foot. A lot of small shops around, open even at 23.00.
In the morning I found great sandwiches near bus/metro station for 4-5 €.
Great location to the Puces de Saint Ouen which was the main purpose for our visit to Paris. Metro was a short walk away, as well as as a few groecery shops and delicious patisseries. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything needed for a long or short stay.
We enjoyed our stay here! Nothing negative to say. The guys downstairs at the restaurant were lovely and the food was nice as well. Entry into the hotel was easy using the codes provided. Right across the street from Girabali station. Would definitely return.
•Safe parking at the hotel’s gated basement. •Front desk staff were accommodating and nice to talk to. Special mention to the tall guy assigned upon our check-in late night of Aug 19; and the beautiful lady (Sumaya?) assigned upon our checkout Aug 21
The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.
The hotel is very new so everything was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms well appointed with comfortable beds and very quiet. The location is next to the Metro with easy access to the centre of Paris.
The location was really good. You could easily reach different tourist spots in Paris. It was also quite clean, no sign of bedbugs or any other insects which is apparently a big deal in Paris. Price was also relatively affordable.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that we dealt with were great and nice. New property so the facilities were clean and modern, and the Metro location and underground parking were also great parts of the stay
Nice breakfast, beautiful hotel, great location, super friendly staff, clean throughout, location is in a unique area of Paris with lots of antique stores around
