Its located right on the square in a prime position. The owner was absolutely super - he kept in close contact with me on the lead up to the trip and made check in and the all important storage of bikes seamless and easy. Breakfast was delicious - just what we needed. A really relaxed and enjoyable trip, we will return.

This place is perfect! If you're still wondering which place to book and you're reading these lines, I suggest you to stop wasting your time for looking, you surely won't find any better/bigger/cleaner/more equipped,... place to stay. The location is great, you're in the middle of a lot of places. The apartment is huge and modern, well equipped!

Oudennarde is a lovely town with a beautiful square in the centre. It's a great place to have a Belgian beer and watch the world go by. There are plenty of places to eat but Margarethas is by far the best. It might appear to be expensive but you get excellent food for your money. A walk by the river is recommended - especially on a sunny day. Additionally, Donk Lake is also a lovely place for a walk - or to watch the wake boarders. Unfortunately, it rained every day while we were there. A trip to Ghent is probably recommended if you spend more than two to three nights here.LenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Perfect Belgium town to stay in. Easy to get around from the train, nice places to eat. Friendly people. I stayed for 6 days for the The Tour of Flanders and the Pro cycling races. A perfect location.

Oudenaarde is an attractive town with some excellent places to eat - either in the centre or in the nearby villages. It's a great base for cycling enthusiasts - as there are iconic cobbled climbs and lovely quiet country roads. Having a beer in the centre of the town is recommended.LenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Brilliant place to ride a bike.
Brilliant place to ride a bike. Marked routes covering all the best cobbled climbs starting and finishing at the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen. For €4 you can buy a very good map there. Nice places to eat in the square.

Beautiful town. Very clean. Ate at a sidewalk cafe next to our hotel. Only problem is parking overnight. You had to take your car about a 1/2 mile away or pay $2 Euros an hour. Countryside is also beautiful. Would have liked cooler weather!GeraldUnited States

It is very close to the city center (walking distance) and basically right next to the river. The view is great if you are actually on the side of the river. There is a free parking right next to the hotel which is also great. And it is quite at night so you can have a great sleep.

Room is huge for a hotel room. You can see the old church and town square from your room windows (if your room is on the right side).
