Also, all other staff members that i can remember - Shannon, Islam, Luca (both), Lucia, Bo, Hussam, Sasha, David, Fredrico, Eslam and other staff people whom i cannot recall their names. were so looking forward to help not just us but every customer. The reception area is always a very busy and happening place. One of the few GEM hotels in Europe/ Belgium i think. Though the Brand is the same, IBis Budget Bruges was completely opposite to the treatment given us here by IBis Budget Dampoort.
