Location was very nice and well connected to the city. Bus stop and train station and very close and there are few eating places also right outside the hotel.
They also provide a free bus pass valid in Lucerne, helpful if you don’t have Swiss travel pass.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel is perfect for staying in Lucerne. Only a short walk to the train station and restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean with daily fresh towels and room tidy. The breakfast was perfect, a great selection and lovely food to set you up for the day. All the staff were lovely and so helpful which was just the icing on the cake! Would recommend to anyone staying in Lucerne.
Stay at the historic, half-timbered Hotel Rebstock dating from the 14th century, surrounded by a lot of contemporary art, where the people of Lucerne too enjoy wining and dining.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of foods
The restaurant at night was very high quality. Our room and bathroom were spacious and being on the top floor the lift was appreciated. Only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop or a comfortable 10 minute walk to everything. Perfect!
The 3-star Hotel DES ALPES is ideal for city travelers. It is located directly on the Reuss River in the picturesque, car-free old town of Lucerne right next to the world-famous Chapel Bridge.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given vouchers to spend in their excellent restaurant. Room was very clean. The location could not be better - central and near all attractions.
The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne.

Location was good, rooms were close together. Spacious
This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. One of its benefits is hotels that cost less than Lucerne Hotels and offer great views of the Lake. Consider it a suburb of Lucerne.

Hergiswil is a perfect location on the Lake of Lucerne with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
We decided to walk up from Hergiswil to Pilatus which is quite steep, especially after Fräkmümtegg, which is the halfway stop with gondola station and restaurants. This hike is about 5 hours and there are sensational views down to the lake. At the top, there is choice of cable car down to Kriens, followed by a short train journey back to Hergiswil or the"steepest funicular in Europe " down to Alpnachstad, which we chose, Hergiswill is not far from Alpnachstad and a short return journey by boat on the lake is the relaxing way to end the trip.

Very nice village close to Luzern. right on the lake with public beaches and dozens of hiking trails. there is lots to do for couples and families. It's Switzerland, so dining options are expensive for what you get, but you won't starve.
This is a hidden gem in the Lucern area. The hotel offers a great view of the Lake from Hergisville. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is good . The rooms are spacious you can actually walk in them (in some hotels the bed takes up the whole room.) The location is a bit remote but there is a bus that stops a quarter mile from the hotel and f you can walk to train station but its a hilly walk.
The lake view is a must. My parents got the mountain view and it was a view of the parking lot with mountain in the back. The hotel is older but comfortable. The staff was great assisting with check out, suggesting itineraries and helping with calling taxis for the older people in our group. Very helpful! The breakfast good with the some good coffee! We chose the hotel because it was between Luzern and Interlaken.
The checkin and checkout processes were smooth. The place is either newly constructed/renovated and the property is very neat and clean. The interiors are modern and well designed. Migro supermarket is 50m from the property which is amazing. Also the Hergiswill NW train station is 5 minutes walk from the place. On the way to the station you have a beautiful public park on the side of lake which is also worth visiting.
I had an enjoyable stay at the Hotelsee Pilatus. Gorgeous views of the mountains and lake from the room, which was tidy and clean. Spa and massage services made for such a relaxing time. The staff were professional and courteous. The receptionist Linda Blaetner was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Full tasty breakfast. All-in-all it was a lovely experience staying at this hotel.
Idyllic location and beautiful views. Staff were very friendly and helpful - there wasn't enough space for our car in the hotel car park so they automatically offered to reimburse us for the cost of parking in a public parking area. The spa was great with a large pool and gym.
The hotel exceeded all expectations! Very new, clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, with an amazing view! Great staff! At my request to provide a kettle in the room, they immediately brought it. I am extremely happy with my stay at this hotel!
Beautiful location, really nice hotel, lovely room with an amazing view and a large balcony to enjoy it. All the staff were super friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
We only stayed one night but would love to stay much longer.
Spectacular view of lake and Mt. Pilatus. Clean, comfortable room. 15 minute drive to downtown Lucerne. Nice restaurant at hotel for breakfast and dinner (make reservation on weekend as it’s popular with locals). Friendly staff.
Beatiful view of the hotel to all the sorroundings of the hotel, the personnel was really open and even the Chef came out while we were having dinner to check if everything was alright. FOOOOODDD it was just delicious.
Beds are big and soft. We had a lake view room it was beautiful view. Hotel staff is very friendly especially the young lady at reception. Has its own electric car parking it was very convenient.
Breakfast very tasty and a lot of different things to choose from, Hotel view directly at the lake perfect. The Spa area is very nice, big swimming pool! Friendly personal at the reception.
