The property used to be the Hotel “Mr Mr” until it closed during Covid and we stayed there on a number of occasions. The new owner “Lenin” has made a good job and we were pleasantly surprised.

We had a pleasant walk from the hostel through the park to the town centre, to finish off our day. There was little to see, but the visit served it's purpose as an overnight stopping point. We would not make a special visit to Tarancon for any other reason.

Very peaceful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel is an elegant building with a pleasant courtyard. Lovely for a drink before dinner. Food was very good, reasonably priced wine (from the vineyard) and great staff, who coped remarkably well with our very poor Spanish. Good parking. Our room was huge, very clean, with an excellent bathroom. We overlooked the outdoor swimming pool with lovely views across the vineyards.

Location superb, overlooking swathes of beautiful countryside yet an easy drive from the autovia. Food served on balcony of restaurant was excellent as was their wine. Breakfast was of a high standard and the staff were professional and amiable. It is a spa hotel with various treatments available, perhaps next time?

Lovely staff throughout the hotel. Great choice for meals in the bar/terrace area or the main restaurant. Great quality food with breakfast to die for. The hotel only serves it's own wines but they are incredible value for money.
