Daily life:
Daily life:
The beaches were crowded with umbrellas and sunbeds (in most of them, there was very little space in between)!
On all the beaches, you had to pay anything (food, drinks) up to the value of 10 EU, in order to "win" 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds "for free"!
Even, at a beach which was managed by a worker from the business "Base In" (near Dodo's Luxury), we were forced to pay that much just for the use of the umbrella (and 2 sunbeds)!
Somewhere, you can even "taste" the smell of sewage 🤭, in the middle of the beaches! 🤮
To cut it short, this place (in my opinion) could have been a good place for a beach in the 1900s (or even earlier)! 🤔
Night life:
The night life was completely different, full of beautiful views, restaurants with traditional food and wonderful staff! 👌

The apartment is great!
The apartment is great! Just one street and you're on the beach.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a family vacation. You feel at home.
Melina is a wonderful smiling person. We had difficulty finding the address due to the language barrier, and she, despite her injured leg, personally came to meet us and show us around. Thanks!

When you travel to Agia Triada you should consider that...
When you travel to Agia Triada you should consider that there are only 3 small food shops and 1 souvenir shop in the village. Could be very challenging for families with kids who needs some entertainment.
It is better to rent a car directly from airport by the arrival time, otherwise it will be difficult to find an agency there.

Villa is handsome and is enhanced with with a good size swimming pool and jacuzzi. Appartment is clean and equiped with all the necessary ammenities. It has a superb view over the Thessaloniki bay area, but it would be a little remote for some without the use of a hire car. A hire car enables trips to Thessaloniki and to explore Halkadiki (which is very special)

Agia Trias is close to Thessaloniki and a central location...
Agia Trias is close to Thessaloniki and a central location to visit Chalkidiki. It is a small village by the sea, but it has actually everything you need during a holiday: 2 supermarkets, a backery, a tourist shop, a farmacy and lots of tavernes, bars and restaurants. During the weekend it is very crowded because off all the visistors that come from Thessaloniki to enjoy the beach. The restaurants we enjoyed most were Anemos and Nice View. It is also nice to walk (30 minutes) to Nea Epivates along the beach and enjoy your lunch or diner there.

It is a quiet location, with access to the sea.
It is a quiet location, with access to the sea. The sea is the main asset of this settlement. I saw a photo from 1942 where the locals were setting up the beach, which differs from today only in that the water is bigger - the beach is narrower. Fishermen bring fish daily and sometimes sell it on the beach. A Lidl and a Discount Markt are 10 minutes away by car. It is a 40-minute drive from Thessaloniki.
Very Nice Modern Apartment. View is spectacular of the water, fishing boats and the lights of the city in the distance. Parking right in front was available in March. Nice boulevard along water with many restaurants filled with locals. This hotel is at one end of the boulevard, so nice to take a stroll down and back and see all the action. We were there on a Sunday and a few places had live music. The locals were welcoming. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend.
The hotel is located right at the beach, The room was comfortable, and the toilet was newly renovated, with a small balcony with a side sea-view. The room was pre-heated (which was great in February), and the owner is very helpful and easy approachable. IKEA and Cosmos Mall are just 11km away, while Thessaloniki city center is 20km away. There is a free parking on the street in front of the hotel, which was also convenient. All in all, this is a great value for money hotel, highly recommended!
We liked the modern and clean look of the apartment. It had everything we needed. The owner is very communicative and when we wanted to borrow an iron to iron our clothes, he provided one in no time. The hair dryer is really good, it actually dries your hair and has proper power. Not like the ones you usually get in hotels that feel like someone is just breathing onto your hair. Shampoo and shower gel were provided, which was great as we didn't have our own. Air con worked perfectly well.
The entire hotel is really luxurious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect! The indoor pool was very relaxing and quiet and I enjoyed the Hot Stone massage that I booked (for an additional cost). The staff was also very friendly, every interaction I had with anyone from the staff was pleasant. The ladies who cleaned the room were very considerate and helpful when I was stuck in our room for an entire day with my sick child.
Everything was Ok. Stella was attentive from the first contact. Appartment is very good organized and fully equiped. It is on the top of famuly building, have big terace with seaview and streetview. Beach is close to appartment with many beachbars and taverns. Agia Triada is connected to Thesaloniki with seataxi and bus lines. Also, the other beaches in Mihaniona and Angelohory is connected by bus lines
We have stayed here a few times. It is within walking distance to our daughter's home, but the hotel itself is also very nice, and a treat to stay in. It is a nice 15 minute walk to additional beach restaurants. Breakfast buffet is above average with many choices. Large pool and lovely bar, wonderful spa facilities and beach just across the street. Staff are all extremely nice.
It was really close to the beach, the staff were really helpful, they ordered us a taxi to the airport and when we asked something about the buses/transport in Agia Triada they explained us everything, the kitchen facilities worked properly in our room, the air conditioner was really good after a long day in the sun😄
The host was very, very, very nice, helping us with the details how to get in Agia Triada and waiting about us at the location in order to give us the keys. Also, they help us with recommendations for restaurant, coffee shops in the aria. Sisi, Sofia and the father are very nice people, the best host we ever meet!
This place and the people were really amazing, I was so sad because I missed 2 flights but Miss Maria really made me feel like home. I really ended my trip with a good experience that really makes me want to visit Greece again. My best wishes for this hotel and may God bless Ms. Maria!
With Love from Fabiana
The location - close to the beach
The comfort - we really felt like home. Comfy beds, the apartment is equipped with everything you need
Great garden - a green oasis
Parking spaces inside the complex - no need to worry with parking
We arrived late, but that wasn't an issue. It was perfect for our needs. There were good places nearby to eat, or buy goods. We could see the sea from our balcony. Air con was fine. Beach beds available. Cheap and cheerful.
