This hotel is just perfect. Near everything (amazing restaurants and coffes nearby), all new, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. There is a rooftop bar (no noise!) and they gave us a free welcome drink, amazing to enjoy the sunset view.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.

The breakfast was plentiful and started very early - which was excellent for my partner and I, since we had an early flight. We arrived early, before our checkin time, and we were able to get into our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Lots of hot water. Friendly staff who went to the trouble of finding plant-based milk for our vegan breakfast. This was a really good find.

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.

This is a launching point for treks, adventure hikes, wilderness kayaking trips, etc. During the season, it's crowded with tourists in transit and usually here just for a night or two as they embark or return from an excursion to nearby Torres del Paine, or other areas of nature to explore. It feels like the bulk of the restaurants, shops and stores therefore cater to the needs of monied tourists and so it's expensive.
OK, we enjoyed Natalino so much we booked it a second time around when we came back to Puerto Natales after 5 days in Torres del Paine and stayed an extra two days. Loved the coffee and breakfast, nice gym equipment and small pool. Also the hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The shower is the BEST we've had over our two months of travel. Great heat and fantastic water pressure. The staff were so friendly and helpful which is always a giant factor in our experience at any hotel.
Beautiful large room and bathroom, tasteful and thoughtfully designed. Lovely sunset view from bed. Good breakfast. It's more like an airbnb than a proper hotel. Friendly husband and wife owners. Taxi from downtown costs 5000 clp. Common area where you have breakfast or drinks is big and beautifully designed too. 10 minutes from airport. Easy parking on premises. Highly recommended unless you want to stay walking distance to the sea and downtown. Husband is a fly fishing guide too.
The location is very good. It nears the bus terminal, which is important if you go to Puerto Natales for the Torre del Paine National Park. Within 5 minutes distance one can find good cafes and restaurants, 10 minutes to the downtown and the sea. The reception people are very friendly and helpful. They provide big locker for at least two backpack size with reasonable fee. Also they offer walking poles to borrow (for free)!
Great little hotel in Puerto Natales. We were greeted and shown to our room after checking in. The room was exactly what we needed before heading off to start the W Trek. They have options to leave your luggage there too. Breakfast was ready for those early starts. The owner also helped us after we'd checked out to give it luggage to a courier.
It was easy to walk in to town and also to the bus stop
Would highly recommend.
This hostel is a gem. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The decor and facilities like new and the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. Best place to stay in Puerto Natales. (We walked around to check out others and none compared to the quality of La Factoria). Breakfasts and dinners were quite tasty as well. Loved our time here. Thank you Natalia, Manuel, And Fernando! Saludos desde Puerto Rico.
We knew this place was highly recommended for the hospitality, breakfast, and location and it delivered on all fronts. We had a great stay, the owner was so sweet to us, and we were able to see Puerto Natales by walking around which was nice. The room was spotless and the private bathroom was as well. We were there during the offseason so it was quiet, but even when busy, I'm sure the place has plenty of privacy.
No joke this might have been the best experience staying at a hotel that I’ve ever had. Martin and the other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices for meals on site were reasonable. Taxi was like 3000 CLP each way to downtown Puerto Natales. Room was incredible. Other locals we spoke with said they thought this hotel was better than the Singular even. I don’t disagree. Very peaceful place.
The room was very clean and cosy and made the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Natales and Torre del Paine. The private hot tub was perfect luxury to relax tired muscles after long days hiking Torres del Paine. David was very thoughtful, polite, and attentive host and was amazing at helping coordinate local tours and providing best suggestions to make my stay the best it can be.
This place was perfect. We are only a couple so there were two extra twin beds in a loft area (and I believe a pull out sofa too). This would be the perfect place for a family on a more extended stay in Puerto Natales. The kitchen had everything you need. Great view of the water. So much in walking distance and at an excellent price, this place can't be beat. It was truly excellent.
During my stay in Puerto Natales/W-Trek Origines became my home base. I have stayed there a couple of time and I was always happy to come back "home" - the hotel manager was super open, friendly and had supported me in a couple of occastions; she is the heart of Origines. I would always go back. Location is practical since it is in between the main bus station and the center.
Great great place to stay in Puerto Natales. The staff is super helpful, the dorms clean and cosy, the showers hot, kitchen perfect to cook and have meals, location super practical between the bus station and city center. The breakfast starting at 5 is ideal before leaving for the park. Free storage during the trek is the cherry on the cake. Thanks for everything!
We had a great time in hotel Capitán Eberhard. The room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a beautiful view on the sea and the montains. This hotel is ideally situated very near the center. A quiet place with real character. Extremely friendly, helpful staff as well.
Really beautiful little place, amazing value for money. Views of the mountains from the window and a lovely array of snacks and breakfast left in the fridge. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales!
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great - equidistant from the bus terminal and downtown Puerto Natales. Highly recommend!
Almost a brand-new hotel. The room was very clean. The staff was so kind. You can get much information from the staff about Puerto Natales, and also about Torres del Paine trekking.
The rooftop bar has the best view in all of Puerto Natales. The room was very nice and super comfortable with an amazing view from the showers.
The breakfast was also amazing.
