We like peace and quite and so go in April and October, this means it's very peaceful but also means most places are closed. There is a lovely restaurant called Panos that stays open all year from midday and there is an app you can download on your phone called efood that allows ordering and delivery of meals and snacks from a number of really friendly local businesses. Don't be fooled into thinking Laganas is just for the party and night club scene. Yes, I know it's excellent for this too, but also a lovely place to stay if you want to relax, enjoy lovely beeches, beautiful scenery and great food. Laganas is more for parity people then for family holiday as there are a lot of pubs night clubs and a lot of noise at the night. it is nice if you are young couple and want to have night life and party and less time to spend on the beach. on the other hand, the beach is huge, it's long and nice ,water is clear and maybe is perfect for kids as it is not deep at all (I must go maybe for 500 m to come to deep part of the sea)ninaRomania

Our receptionist Anastasiia was very welcoming and informative, assisting us with all our needs. The hotel restaurant is lovely, with friendly staff. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

However, Laganas is really focused on clubbing and heavy partying, so if you are not into that, i recommend that you chose another place to stay in Zakynthos (such as Tsilivi). The view from our balcony was really nice. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room is modest, but well equipped and large enough for 2-3 people.

You are close to the Port where you can rent trip boats to different beaches,close to Agios beach and close to Laganas street where you can find all the top bars and restaurants. Also the host was very nice and helpful with everything, he even let us check out later, due to our late flight. We strongly recommend it!
