I liked that the room was clean, comfortable bed, quiet, and big.

The staff at the Dunavon are brilliant. They're very attentive and the service is excellent. The food is always fantastic and the range of dishes on the menu is great.

The location is ideal for my work, in the area and would be ideal for anyone travelling to the airport. Despite the property's closeness to the airport, once inside you don't hear any aircraft noise at all unlike other venues I have stayed in nearby.
The provision of a fridge and a microwave were both helpful and welcome.
The place is tidy and clean, and the bed comfortable. I stayed for 3 days while working in the area.
I'm not keen on shared bathroom facilities, but there are enough that there was never a problem with access.

We stayed at Dyce as we were on our way to Shetland and had to change planes at Aberdeen, so decided to break the trip and stay two nights to look round Aberdeen. Hotel chosen as is a short walk from the airport and easier to stay at the airport and travel in the Aberdeen on our free day without luggage than stay in the city and carry our suitcases with us and then worry about getting back to the airport on time. It worked out very well, excellent bus from just outside the hotel (goes all the way to the airport), runs into Aberdeen four times an hour. We didn't look round Dyce itself, but Aberdeen is a wonderful city, with lots to do and see. Wonderful old buildings, great art gallery and glorious long beach to walk along.

Perfect for what we needed. A short two night stay.
Perfect for what we needed. A short two night stay. I would not expect anything less from a property at it's star rating. Organised our taxi to the venue. I cannot fault it, even with the mix up with my partners starter.
Would I stay again...definitely yes.

Great area.
Great area. People may just use this hotel as its easy access to the airport but it is so much more. Great access to the city centre and yet only a few minutes to the bypass which takes you to Royal Deeside.

Communication is key when staying bear airport..ie..where the departures are from hotel...where one can have a meal outside hotel..signage would be helpful. Only good thing at this hotel was the shuttle to departure gates but truly a waste as it was only a 5 minute walk.
Location nearby the Dyce train station is very convenient. But bear in mind that, when arriving (later?) in the evening at Aberdeen International Airport, you can only reach Dyce by taxi (we payed 9 pounds); the busses to Dyce don't drive.
Although the location is situated along a main road and we had a room in the front, it was really quiet.
We had a shared bathroom, which was surprisingly clean. Also the room, the towels and sheets, were very clean.
Checking in went smooth; the communication with the owner on beforehand went well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They lent me a UK plug adaptor which was extremely helpful to charge my phone and trusted me with it to return it after my trip. The location is very central if you are in Dyce: only a short walking distance to the train station to be in Aberdeen in 9 minutes only, and with buses right there. The restaurant on site is a plus, specially because the food is good and at a good price. Breakfast was very good and had different options which was good since I was staying for three days.
A very well presented property, scrupulously clean, and our host (the owner) looked after us as if we were family. Well located, about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast facilities were excellent, and there is a pub within 5 minutes walk which serves excellent food and drinks. The tartan carpet at the property is a nice touch. Parking adjacent to the property was fine.
I would come back here without hesitation if I am ever back in Aberdeen. a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
I have stayed in almost every hotel near Aberdeen airport and the Moxy has the best bed and pillows by far. I had a great sleep and always find the bed comfy. They are serving a full cooked Scottish breakfast now too which was very good. Table service breakfast rather than the buffet style due to Covid rules but the quality did not suffer at all. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back for future work trips.
I used this hotel as I was travelling for work and was going to be visiting a nearby office. The hotel is situated close to Dyce train station which makes it easy to reach from Aberdeen which is just one stop away on the train. Don't try using the 727 airport bus from Aberdeen city centre though as this stops on the other side of the airport. My room was spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well fitted out for the business traveller.
I opted to stay by the airport instead of town for this visit. Great location! Free shuttle to the airport - less than 3 minutes up the road. Getting there from the city center train station was really easy. Take the 727 bus from the train station for 3.70 pounds. Ride is about 25-30 minutes. Hotel was very clean and does have a restaurant on site.
Staff friendly and room was decent sized. Enjoyed the breakfast, some cereals along with a good selection of hot food, juices and coffee. Good service ordering a taxi from reception. One of the better hotels in the Dyce airport area. Big car park with plenty of spaces for £10 a day. Shower was hot and good power.
Excellent location close to Aberdeen Airport and the bus route to and from the city centre. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but was perfectly adequate.
