Everything! the aesthetics and design, the supportive staff, the comfort of the room, the restaurant, the views, how we were welcomed, the location. Special thank to Capucine who made us feel very welcomed and was so kind to us. The security at the spa area is great. There is always someone looking if everything ok. And there is a camera, anti-slip protection. Everything is cleaned regularly.

I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed ourselves at Hotel Le Trouville. No it's not the Four Seasons! It's a beautiful old quaint building with spiral stairway to your room. It's meticulously clean, comfortable and big old windows that open to fresh air and the sound of the seagulls. What really makes it a top star hotel is the amazing service we received from Victor. What a caring gentleman. If only the rest of the world was like him!! And DO NOT miss the breakfast. The most delicious premium everything. The muesli, the creamy milk, the bread! The croissants!! The jam! Also if you're deciding between Deauville and Trouville, Trouville is more quaint and you can get to Deauville easily. Thank you Victor(spelling?) for making our stay very special.
