The location was close to the airport with secure parking.Although the staff did not speak English, we were able to communicate by using a translator app on our cell phones. The reception staff were very welcoming. There are some nice caramel candies at the front desk.

Quick check in, even though I've just booked it at night, not far from the airport, everything was clean, fresh towels and bed linen, good breakfast, very nice backyard with a small pond and blackberry bushes. Everything was descent for the price.

Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!
Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

In fact there is a fee to pay for parking but the rental companies are all around so you can bring the rental car back earlier as the departure terminal of the Krakow Airport is in walking distance from the hotel (5 to 10 minutes walk). Breakfast is from 6 am with the usual offer by Hampton so all fine. If the flight is earlier, as from 3 am there is a reduced breakfast offer available. Breakfast and high performance internet are included in the room rate.

The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.
