The people at the front desk are terrible. They wanted to scan my credit card, it's illegal, it's my card that no one is allowed to scan. I took it from her hands. Also, they didn't return my deposit, and I didn't have a single problem with the room. Be careful when you go there.

This was the third time staying here. Very nice hotel. The check-in was a little bumpy. The have a sheet you have to sign saying if the room gets dirty or is missing anything you will be charged $1000. This is a little much. Never had a 3 star hotel do such a thing. This might make me stay somewhere else in the future.
The hotel is located on a lightly traveled road. I found this hotel well suited for a business traveler. Quiet nights for sleeping, complimentary breakfast was very good.
There is some exercise equipment and an indoor pool. Modest in size but functioning.
5 minutes off I-95 on the Northeast side of Baltimore. Nice restaurants are 10-15 drive into Nottingham/ White Marsh area.
The overall all value of this Hotel was very good. If the rates remain valuable...I will definitely stay there again

Cleanliness of the entire facility and the comfy bed made for a wonderful stay..The room had all the necessities. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus.
We only stayed overnight and so we didn't have an opportunity to use the fitness center or the pool, however they all looked well maintained. If in the area again, we would definitely book another stay at this hotel.

The building was under construction this should have been posted because I would have went somewhere else and the Rug was so filthy they couldn't shampoo it sink broke phone broke no refrigerator no microwave staples sticking out of the headboard if this place pet friendly why have carpet instead of hardwood floors. We had to use the back door because of the construction and people smoking Marijuana in the back plus it was so dark in the back I would not recommend anyone to stay at this facility

The staff was very friendly.
The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The first room I was given stunk. I was given a can of air freshener as a resolution. Tried to take a shower and the water was cold. I found pesticides on top of the fridge, which apparently weren’t effective because I later saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
I went to the front office and was given a new room for the second night. The second room wasn’t as dirty as the first, but it was still dirty. The wooden floor was sticky from the air freshener sprayed to make it smell clean. The blinds were damaged and filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold growing on it.
I will never stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel is dated and filthy.
The Hotel is dated and filthy. The ice machine is broken, and apparently has been for some time. The breakfast is minimal. The clock radio time screen is not lighted ( I've encountered this problem in several Hampton Inns.) I'm a Hilton honors member and do a lot of travelling, this is NOT what I expect from a Hilton property. There's plenty of other hotels in the area, and I suggest using one of them.

I just booked for 1 day at Woodbridge suites because I was going in for surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital the next day. I live out of Baltimore, so, it was easier to stay someplace close in the vicinity of the hospital.
The Woodbridge Hotel Suites offers good value to customers since it had a mini kitchen, large refrigerator, small stove, no coffee pot, and kitchen sink in my room. It did not have kitchen utensils in the room, to use for eating.
Maybe this is something you have to ask the staff about ( eating utensils) for the kitchen but since I was going for a surgical procedure the following day at the
hospital, I was fasting and was not interested in eating.
The staff and Manager were extremely helpful, courteous, accommodating and friendly. The next time I have surgery at Johns Hopkins, I plan to stay here since it is cheaper and more accommodating than the hotel I have been staying at in the past.
In addition, you have loads if stores close by such as Macy's, Ikea, Target, Best Buy, Michael's, Bob's Furniture etc, I guess this is White Marsh Mall, right off HoneyGo Road/Blvd (not sure what it's classification is).
Close to the mall and freeway. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance and lobby are of modern design with plenty of seating for a rest, meeting or just having a coffee. Plenty of parking spots. The house restaurant had a good variety of foods that were of good portion size while not being overpriced as over hotel restaurants.
The cleanliness and new condition of the furniture. The entire hotel had a great overall feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about this hotel except I’ll be back and I will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.
No breakfast. Coffee was meh. Even GPS had a hard time getting us to the hotel.
The TV was difficult to use but excellent staff was patient and fixed the problem.
Room was simple and clean with plain decor. There was no blow dryer.
The room size was great and the space very comfortable so was great to relax in each evening.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and were keen to make that my stay as pleasant as possible and the reception space was nice and clean.
The staff was friendly, the hotel was in a quiet place but close to shopping areas, and the food was good. The hotel was new and in great shape. We took advantage of the pool and laundry area. It is about 20 minutes from Baltimore.
I usually love Hilton but not this location. The air conditioning units are broken and when told about it how my room was hot I was talked to like I was stupid
