The washer and dryer are ONLY available to long-term guests with stays of a week or longer.

Room rates are for up to 6 (six) guests. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately $50 USD per night and no extra beds will be provided.

WHY WE ASK FOR A GUEST ID:

1. To verify that the person checking in is actually who they say they are.

2. To protect ourselves against fraud or other illegal activities.

3. To verify the identity of our guests and ensure that they are of legal age to check in. We have a policy of not renting to anyone under 18, unless accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

4. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, such as in the case of emergency evacuations.

NOTE: We will never collect information about our guests for marketing purposes.

客人需於入住前轉帳預付訂金，以作為訂房擔保。住宿處會在完成預訂後聯繫您，提供銀行轉帳相關指示。

此住宿不接受群聚打牌、看運動賽事、單身派對等類似聚會。

未滿 18 歲的住客僅可隨同家長或法定監護人辦理入住。
