A tranquil stay awaits this brand-new coastal home, just minutes from the beach and all the attractions of central Rockport. Spend mornings on the beach, a little under five miles away, and afternoons perusing the many shops and restaurants of downtown. If you’d rather get out on the water, no problem - there’s boat parking at the home, a convenient boat-washing station by the community pool, and a public boat ramp less than a mile away. At the home itself, you’ll find a bright, open, and clean space. Spend time outdoors on the private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the open layout combines the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. Don your chef’s hat and whip up mealtime masterpieces with the assistance of a full suite of stainless steel appliances, then grab a bite at the window-front table before heading out to explore. When you return, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry, or head to the community pool if you’re looking for more time in the sun.
