It must have been off season as we were almost alone, only few more people coming and going while we stayed 5 nights. So peaceful and quiet. The hut we were staying in was cozy and prepared with little details wherever you look. Yes there’s loads mosquitoes but we were provided repellent and coils. Got some water bottles every morning too. The spa is 10 out of 10, all lady’s showed the same high level of professionalism. Best (3) massages in my life! Thank you so much. The whole resort is so green and close to nature, it’s clean and just the most magical place. The staff cleans up the beach every day too but it won’t kill you to pick up one or two pieces of rubbish yourself if you see it ;) all staff were extremely helpful and nice. They even joined for a yoga session in the resorts own yoga shala - such down to earth people. There is beach beds and a beach bar to enjoy a fresh coconut while sunbathing.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

The staff was super friendly and made my stay unforgettable. The room was perfect to relax in and made me smile with little details like a yoga matt, bath salt or a bedtime story next to a bedtime treat. The area is beautiful and quiet - perfect to relax and unwind.

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. The Glamping Tents are well maintained, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The lagoon is beautiful and there are many activities to do there. The restaurant and cafe both had great food and service All staff would go there extra step to make sure everything was perfect. They were all extremely helpful.

The resort had all we needed - beach, good food, comfortable room and activities. During our stay we had a medical episode and the staff dropped everything and went above and beyond to access the medical support we needed.
