The original room we were given was next to the main entrance at street level with a view of the electrical box. we were give a better room upon request.

Being a Booking.com booking, I suspect we were allocated the worst apartment in the complex. It was on the ground floor, had no windows and just 2 small sliding doors. It felt like living in a cave, it was so dark. We had to turn on every light in the entire apartment during the day and the lighting was still substandard. I can’t see how this apartment is legal. It certainly doesn’t comply with Australian regulations.

The apartment was large, clean, modern and well equipped. It had 3 flat screen TV’s, a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer which was great for us to catch up with washing after 2 weeks traveling around western Canada. Canmore is a nice town, close to Banff but considerably less expensive. I recommend staying here. It also has an excellent supermarket, ‘Save on Foods’

Our suite was right next to the Black Dog Cafe, which was quite loud. It was also close to the weight room pool change rooms... it was quite loud even later at night. We stayed for four nights and even though we had the cleaning sign up, no one came to clean our room. The beds weren't super comfy but they did the trick! Also...something silly but somewhat important. The shower lacked water pressure and the placement of the nozzle could've been better placed for such a big shower. :)

The staff was great, very accommodating and happy to help when needed! We loved the spacious room and the option for cold sparkling or still water. We were on the first floor and could walk right out to the pool from our suite which was actually great. We loved having our own kitchen and the coffee was delicious!

Vents on patio are very dirty TV and fireplace screens not cleaned properly... A little pricey@ over $400 dollars a night

Poor towels and amenities in the bathroom. Towels were thin and few. Had to ask for more which were sent very quickly and were thicker and bigger than the original ones in the room. They need to get rid of the old towels and upgrade them. Only 1 little bottle of shampoo, conditioner etc. and one small bar of soap. Had to ask for more. In light of the high quality of everything else this was disappointing.

Nice room, perfect setup for 2 couples. Free water and sparkling water a benefit.
